This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to any order placed through the MineralCache marketplace. Please review it before purchasing. Vendors are responsible for shipping their own items and for meeting the requirements below. Shipping availability depends on the destination countries currently supported by MineralCache and the destinations a vendor has enabled on the listing you purchase.
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@mineralcache.com. Address changes may not be possible after an order is processed or shipped.
Title and risk of loss transfer upon confirmed carrier delivery to the address provided at checkout, unless otherwise required by law. If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, or if your shipment is marked lost by the carrier, promptly contact the carrier and notify us. We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries or claims; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed unless covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping options and estimates vary by vendor, item size, destination, carrier availability, and the shipping service selected at checkout. MineralCache may display one or more carrier options, estimated transit windows, and pricing based on the order details available at that time.
International shipping may be offered for selected listings and supported destinations. Availability depends on the listing's enabled shipping destinations, carrier availability, item restrictions, and applicable legal or customs requirements. Not every item can ship to every country, and MineralCache may add, remove, or restrict destinations at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are charged in U.S. dollars and do not include import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage charges, or similar local charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Buyers are responsible for complying with destination-country import rules, providing any information reasonably requested for customs clearance, and paying import charges when due.
For buy-now orders shipping to destinations in the European Union or the United Kingdom, buyers may have a fourteen (14) day cancellation or withdrawal right where applicable law requires it. Where this responsibility is disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it, the buyer is responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind cancellations. Defective, damaged, or materially misdescribed items are handled separately under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered because the buyer did not provide accurate information, did not cooperate with customs clearance, or did not pay required import charges, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping charge and any nonrecoverable carrier, customs, return-shipping, storage, disposal, or related fees, except where prohibited by law.
MineralCache may refuse, hold, or cancel an order before shipment if a destination becomes unsupported, a shipment would violate sanctions or export/import restrictions, a carrier cannot lawfully service the route, or we reasonably believe fulfillment would violate law or marketplace policy. If an order is canceled before shipment, any captured payment will be refunded in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
